SPA ATTIRE: Robes, wraps and sandals are provided. You may wish to bring a swimsuit for hydrotherapy and body treatments.

CANCELLATIONS: We appreciate 24 hours cancellation notice for single services & 48 hours for multiple services. The spa reserves the right to charge for 50% of the service for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and 100% of the service for no-shows.

SPA SERVICES: We require a credit card or gift certificate number to reserve appointments requiring 45 minutes or longer. Also for Spa Services and Spa Packages.

GRATUITY: We strive to create an outstanding experience for each guest. Clients may show their appreciation by leaving a gratuity for the spa technician at the front desk. 15-20% of the service is customary.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your services and relax.

Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may not receive an extension of time for services and may be asked to reschedule. If the service is performed upon late arrival you will be responsible for the service fee in its entirety.

At Saylah Threading & Day Spa we strive to create an outstanding experience. If you feel, in anyway, that your visit with us was less than satisfactory, please notify us immediately. Also, please note we have the right to refuse service to existing and future patrons.

For the comfort of each guest, we kindly ask that children 12 and under do not accompany you to the spa. Thank you.

RETURNS: A Store Credit/Gift Card will be issued for all returns.
